Cancelation Policy
Our service providers’ time is valuable and we will require a credit card to secure appointments. We require 24 hour notice to cancel appointments. We do understand illness and emergencies, but please allow us as much notice as possible. Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time, or that are not attended, will be charged a 50% service charge for the services that were reserved.
